These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 678id. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. You must provide valid government-issued identification (Indonesian National Identity Card/KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and a verification selfie. 678id accepts deposits through Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours during business days, subject to successful completion of identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution if your bank account is in a different currency.
678id does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors or your bank may impose their own transaction fees, for which we are not responsible.
During periods of high transaction volume or Indonesian public holidays, withdrawal processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if your withdrawal requires additional review or documentation.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirmation. We are not liable for errors you make when placing bets. Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds (obvious errors or technical glitches) may be voided at our discretion.
For sports betting markets, official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, relevant league authorities for domestic competitions) are final. Bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). If a match is postponed or abandoned, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and market type, as detailed in our comprehensive betting rules available on the Platform.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that undergo regular third-party testing for fairness. For live dealer games, the dealer's physical actions and the live video feed constitute the official result. In case of technical disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed by the system and results settled based on the actual outcome.
For lottery products including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), official draw results from the designated lottery authority are final and binding. Draw schedules and result verification sources are published on the Platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, bet voidance, and fund confiscation:
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the promotion. Common terms include wagering requirements (the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before withdrawal), eligible games, maximum bet sizes while bonus is active, and time limits for fulfilling requirements.
We reserve the right to cancel bonuses, void related winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other users, or betting patterns designed solely to release bonus funds without genuine gaming activity.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, refuse service, and confiscate funds if we determine that you have:

If your Account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant and may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 until reactivated or the balance is depleted.
All content on the 678id Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of 678id or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 678id, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 678id is licensed to operate. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect.
